  • Vehicle
  • Fidelity Fund Certificate [FFC]. You’ll need to register with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) as a Candidate Property Practitioner in a real estate firm. For more information on the qualification process CLICK HERE
  • Sufficient funds for 6 months living expenses and the registration and qualification costs – (see below at bottom of page for breakdown)

eXp Realty cloud fee – R900 per month
Qualification (NQF4) – +-R4 000 – R6 000 over 12 months
NQF4 exam R1174 (at the end of 12 months)
